other fixes (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2779514209) are also on the workshop, seeing as a few have been accepted I think it's more polite to not "cut the line" per se

as for the community phlog and cow mangler, sadly I don't think community weapons have been given for a few years, and I don't think they would make an exception for this

You should report it to Valve and include files to these fixes. There is a higher potential to having these added and you could get a community phlog and cow mangler.

I really hope halloween spells return as contract rewards from Halloween Packages
