@alteraia , to add in a modded civ to YnAEMP you need to actually add the coordinates to an XML sheet in the mod. The mod otherwise has no clue where Canada should be and just places it randomly.

Upon further testing, I have found that this mod does not work with YNAEMP at all, which is a damn shame because this looked like a really good mod to use for Canada

This isn't compatible with the Greatest size earth map on YNAEMP, I played for a while and then discovered Ottawa where Ethiopia would be irl, lol

Needs some way to tap the strategic maple syrup reserve.

This one was fairly solid overall. The UA is decent, although a misunderstanding on my part led to it being a little bit of a letdown. I thought that the food bonus was a permanent bonus to food production in that city, not just a one-time boost of food towards the next citizen. Still a solid UA, but not as cool or useful as what I initially thought it was. The Skraeling is a great UU, and you've managed to balance it quite nicely. The Royal Mountie, unfortunately, has a fatal flaw. The cardinal rule of making a unique unit is to make its positives larger than its negatives, in order to make t better than the generic unit it replaces. The mountie however, has larger negatives than positives, making it much worse than a generic cavalry. 25% increased combat strength within friendly borders is not in any way whatsoever even close to worth a 50% reduction in combat strength outside friendly borders. The Mountie is in dire need of a redesign. Overall though, this is a decent civ.

I love the injun unit. Redskins are such good scouts, ain't that right? Oh wait I can't say those things because calling natives names like that is absolutely awful. maybe a word for savage warriors used in a language nobody in canada speaks isn't the best thing to use?

I dowloaded the mod and activated it in mod setup . When I go to set up the game, Canada is not on the list of playable civilisations. What am I doing wrong? I noticed this issue of the mod not working has never been addressed in over a year...oh well.

(Haven't actually tried the mod yet) The Skraellig shouldn't cause stagnation if it is built before having construction IMO, as that significantly cripples your exploration early game without giving you anything back until you discover that tech, which is not really soon.

Doesn't appear in my list of civs, strange... and this is my prefered, I find all the other Canada Civs out there so overpowered. A shame.

Maybe someone has already answered this somewhere, but there is no "Save Game" Feature when I load this Mod. Advice?

The ability doesn't make any sense, Canada has and always has had a very low population density.

I still don't get why anyone in a canada mod dosen't put sir John A. MacDonald as the prime minister of the civ. And the ablility dosen't fit candada. It could be that they can make peace with city states whenever they want, and not be peace-blocked.
And I'd want to see something like keeping the mountie unit but putting in a building that workers can make on forest tiles, a sugar bush, which in canada is probably what you yankees call a syrup factory or something. Point is, it could produce food, and culture, and maybe some production. Thanks for reading this and I hope you take some of my ideas into consideration, coming from a patriotic canadian, -Cheese.

I am also having trouble with the civ not appearing, despite bing marked off as enabled. I have both expansions but its not working.
