I think it was also causing a faction crash, had this installed and had 2 instances of the game crashing when it reached a Vampire Coast Faction, I'm guessing when they AI recruited them?
Turned the mod off turn progressed without issue, no crashes since

Enabled all mods including this one but excluding load order item 146 (game works fine); THEN I enabled all mods including load order item 146 but excluding this one (game works fine); THEN I enabled only load order item 146 (game works fine); FINALLY I enabled just 146 and this mod... (CTD!!!!!!!)

I can safely say at this point that this mod is incompatible (for whatever reason) with...

April 20th, 5:25pm CET; 114 mods enabled including this one with a load order item number of 174 (CTD on startup); Unsubscribed to just this mod (suddenly game works again) Unsubscribed then resubscribed to this mod (CTD on startup); disabled all other mods with only this one enabled (suddenly game works again);

Conclusion - Mod incompatibility... but what mod could possibly conflict with this one of all mods?

Investigation - enabled just this mod (game works fine); section by section, groups of mods are enabled, testing launch each time (game works fine); Even usual suspects that edit rosters are removed as suspects; and then.... CTD!!! for load order items 130-147!!!! Time to dig a little deeper and find which one is conflicting...

Disabled load order items 143-147 (game works fine); only 4 mods to check... BOOM! CTD on load order item 146. But before I jump the gun...

Oh god, I finally found it. Out of 234 mods, this is the one that causes my game to crash when the campaign finishes loading.

The crash issue seems to be related to some changes CA made in the code. Here is a quote from a CA employee: "This is caused by us creating a new set of cdir_military_generator_unit_qualities_tables groups for the units to be placed into. These are used by the AI to determine when to recruit units. A lot of unit mods are still referencing our old groups, this will only crash once the game actually tries to call the information, unlike some other bad records that will crash on startup."

Hope this helps with figuring out the issue.

Hey, just as an idea, since this mod is really cool, have you considered doing an ROR that are "net gunners" that can use their ammo to pin units to an area? Might be a fun utility unit, and it could synergize well with the bloated corpse too!
