if you come back to fix this mod (or to anyone wanting the same effect), there's a define in common/defines/00_defines.txt, under NCharacter, called
FOCUS_CHILD_MAX_CHANGES = 1
you can change that to like 99 and this mod would be a one-line-code mod

You can also use bypassrequirements command in console if you want.

Nice mod! Been looking for something like this for a long time, it's quite a surprise that no one actually made a mods like this earlier. Thank you for making it!
