Description
Change children's education anytime

Due to restrictions, it will have to be on someone who hasn't been assigned already before this mod was installed.

Otherwise, if you assigned their education path before installing the mod, they will still have the invisible modifier preventing them from changing it.

if you come back to fix this mod (or to anyone wanting the same effect), there's a define in common/defines/00_defines.txt, under NCharacter, called
FOCUS_CHILD_MAX_CHANGES = 1
you can change that to like 99 and this mod would be a one-line-code mod

You can also use bypassrequirements command in console if you want.
