yea xeva body textures dont support all styles, especially modded ones, but my mod currently doesnt differentiate between styles when ignoring apparel...
Anta'el Feir 28 Sep @ 6:24am
It seems like the link is working now.
Anta'el Feir 28 Sep @ 6:24am
https://www.dropbox.com/t/mfgdwwNsTxq97dpF I have never used public websites to save and transfer screenshots. I don't understand why the link via Steam is broken. I'll try that.
Archilyte  [author] 28 Sep @ 6:16am
but yes not all apparel texture styles are covered by the original xeva body textures, so ill have to make it un-igonre styles for individual clothing
Archilyte  [author] 28 Sep @ 6:15am
link invalid...
Anta'el Feir 28 Sep @ 5:51am
I don't use this patch with other bodies, clothes of a different style change as if I had a vanilla body. In short, it's difficult to explain without screenshots, but it looks as if Xeva is wearing a hoodie.
Archilyte  [author] 28 Sep @ 5:13am
why are you using this patch with other body types lol
Anta'el Feir 28 Sep @ 4:08am
THIGAPPE - Automatic Apparel Refitting with Apparel Paper Pattern If you use it alone without the patch on the Xeva body, the mod adjusts everything... but the Xeva textures look visually worse because, as I understand it, they are adjusted to the body. Compatible Body 2 can be played like this, but visually it looks worse.

i think what they might be meaning is that an apparel that is patched by the xeva textures itself has a style (probably added by another mod) that is using vanilla body textures, and maybe they want it so that any apparel that THIGAPPE ignores, it only ignores the default styling of it? (or maybe not im just speculating here)

(that said, i would also like to be able to select what styles get ignored because i know xeva has some incomplete(?) style textures for some of the apparels)
WRelicK  [author] 26 Sep @ 4:32pm
There is indeed! I have yet to update the documentation to describe how to make use of it, but the User Tuner leverages it.

However, I think I need some more clarification from @Anta'el Feir on what exactly the issue is. Are you saying that with this extension, styled items aren't getting modified by THIGAPPE? Or are you saying that styled graphics are being replaced with unstyled graphics? The latter is not typical and may be indicative of a mod conflict. Also, have you confirmed that removing THIGAPPE resolves the issue?
Archilyte  [author] 26 Sep @ 5:13am
@WRelick is there any way to exclude ideology styles? (or add a ideology-style whitelist where any style in the whitelist for a specific apparel gets ignored by the THIGAPPE system?)

actually it might not just be limited to the ideology styling system either lol, idk how feasible that is tho
Anta'el Feir 26 Sep @ 4:54am
Hi, I like your mod, but there is one thing: there are mods that give clothes different styles, but your mod, how should I put it, excludes all options; it forces THIGAPPE - Apparel Paper Pattern to ignore not only the option that is tailored to Xeva, but also all the others. I don't know if this can be fixed, and I wonder if you would be interested in doing so, but just in case?
Skippy Rizzo 23 Sep @ 2:26pm
Thank you!!
Archilyte  [author] 17 Sep @ 4:35am
fixed
Archilyte  [author] 13 Sep @ 5:32pm
i'll look into it soon(ish)

i think xeva changed the mod id when they reuploaded them mod...
Skippy Rizzo 13 Sep @ 5:26pm
For some reason, this patch does not ignore everything from Xeva FB Pants. It will ignore the retextured vanilla pants and the VAE pants, but not the other pants it adds. I fixed it by adding the appareldefs in XevaBodyPatchAddIgnores.xml but idk if there was a better way
Archilyte  [author] 9 Sep @ 6:02am
done
Archilyte  [author] 9 Sep @ 4:05am
ill add the 1.6 tag soon then
No issues on my end! I even learned something from it!
WRelicK  [author] 8 Sep @ 3:47pm
It should! Give it a try and let me know, if you would!
does this work with the new ver already?
WRelicK  [author] 15 Jul @ 4:22pm
Hello there! Yes, I'll be sure to update this addon once THIGAPPE itself updates. I know THIGAPPE works in 1.6 already, though, so I would imagine this addon does as well!
A homeless orphan 10 Jul @ 11:35pm
Hi, will this be getting updated to version 1.6?
WRelicK  [author] 18 Dec, 2024 @ 7:01am
Yep! Currently, THIGAPPE will simply not load any human defs if either Compatible Body 2, Realistic Body or Xeva FB aren't active. You can think of Xeva FB as an alternative to CB2.

It is perfectly okay to run THIGAPPE without any of the three, however - humans just won't be affected.
Archilyte  [author] 16 Dec, 2024 @ 4:10am
@Birdinmotion not if you have this mod. THIGAPPE has a "soft" requirement for compatible bodies 2, meaning disabling that mod won't crash the game, it just wont work properly unless you have something that is replacing that (which is this mod + xeva body)
Birdinmotion 15 Dec, 2024 @ 7:26pm
why disable compatible bodies 2? isnt that required by thigappe?
WRelicK  [author] 20 Sep, 2024 @ 10:27am
Hello! By nature, THIGAPPE emphasizes cross-mod support. It thus benefits from various contributions by various authors, and its functionality being spread across multiple mods is a product of the modularity this approach offers.

It should also be noted that RimWorld is not as picky about modlist size compared to games like Skyrim. The content of loaded mods is the only significant factor to runtime stability and performance.
LoveBites 20 Sep, 2024 @ 9:09am
Well, it's a good thing I don't use this body mod. Steam is trying to get me download 4 mods Plus yours, so 5 Mods just to get this one to work. :tslike:
Archilyte  [author] 27 Jul, 2024 @ 4:52am
updated to 1.5
WRelicK  [author] 26 Jul, 2024 @ 2:39pm
It should work as is right now, but Archilyte should be updating the About.xml soon.
MG_KAR 26 Jul, 2024 @ 2:23pm
1.5?
WRelicK  [author] 17 Feb, 2024 @ 6:54pm
Hello! Could you specify which mods you're referring to, and perhaps provide screenshots? That would help me advise you better.
MG_KAR 17 Feb, 2024 @ 6:45pm
Some close fitting clothing from mods covers the legs. equipment

Pants are not allowed
Loaf of Eels 11 Feb, 2024 @ 11:52am
Sorry for responding so late, but it's been long enough for me to forget what I was talking about. I'll try again to see if I can replicate it.
WRelicK  [author] 12 Jan, 2024 @ 10:25pm
Hello there! Which apparel mod are you referring to, and could you explain what you mean by "overlaps"?
Loaf of Eels 12 Jan, 2024 @ 10:05pm
Hey, apparently the "female" bodytype overlaps with some of the clothes from a mod on your collection.

I already read the top of your description, I'm just posting here so other people know to.
WRelicK  [author] 6 Jan, 2024 @ 7:26pm
Update launched a few days ago now - sorry for not mentioning earlier!
WRelicK  [author] 1 Jan, 2024 @ 4:25am
To anyone following the prior exchange, this is a conflict between APP Utilities and the Oversized Apparel Framework! I'll be looking into a permanent resolution for this over the next few days.

Until then, disabling compound masks has been confirmed to resolve the problem . I'm pushing a quick update to make this the default setting until I can confirm a more permanent solution.
Arkar1234 1 Jan, 2024 @ 3:46am
@WRelicK No problem mate, thanks for the work all of you. Needed to know before shuffling my mod order today.
WRelicK  [author] 1 Jan, 2024 @ 3:33am
Hopefully tomorrow or the day after! Apologies for the trouble - getting the update out has been a lot of work.
Arkar1234 1 Jan, 2024 @ 3:29am
@WRelicK Ah, I was wondering why I was getting headless pawns. Seems like a big update happened. I know it's a bit rude to ask but do you have any ETA on the update?
WRelicK  [author] 1 Jan, 2024 @ 3:00am
An update to this pack has already been prepared. I'll turn it over to Archilyte as soon as I can test it one more time!
WRelicK  [author] 25 Nov, 2023 @ 2:49pm
Thank you! You certainly will be seeing more from THIGAPPE very soon.
...-.. 25 Nov, 2023 @ 4:06am
Glad this mod exists! Hope to see more soon :)
WRelicK  [author] 6 Oct, 2023 @ 12:51pm
Of course, and thank you for the report!

I haven't forgotten your older request, by the way - heruan support is implemented for the next update as well.
hourai_haikus 6 Oct, 2023 @ 2:54am
Sure, I have no issue with it. Thank you for the response.
WRelicK  [author] 5 Oct, 2023 @ 8:23pm
Hmm, that is strange. Thankfully, over the last few months, I've been working on major overhauls to THIGAPPE. I suspect these changes will resolve your problem as a byproduct. Release isn't too far off now - I'm mainly cleaning up and preparing new defs.

I'll get back in contact with you after I push the update to verify that the problem is resolved. Is that okay?
hourai_haikus 5 Oct, 2023 @ 8:07pm
Thank you for the reply, and I forgot to clarify that I refer the standard body as male/female body. And I noticed that the pawns who used a body type other than male/female body type would have issues with the Angel Uniform.
WRelicK  [author] 5 Oct, 2023 @ 7:36pm
Hey there, it's great to hear from you again! First, I'd like to make sure I'm understanding your problem correctly. By "standard bodytypes", do you mean any vanilla BodyTypes, or just the Male/Female BodyTypes?
