After all that nonesense you unlock Project Osiris, and after researching it, if lose a soldier on a mission, there is random chance to bring them back with 3 augments.
Plot wise it's super cool, but gameplay wise is a convoluted mess and so impractical as to be useless.
I'm in awe of how cool TFTV is, but this part of it is a sore spot for me.
I've been playing the campaign for about 7 to ten hours and I have the tech that allows me to mutate my guys, but what else do I need?
I know there is a way in that mod to get 3 augments, but it's really convoluted and a dice roll even when you have the research.
I just hate how my soldiers look with just 2 augments >.<
