playing with Gigastructure, Planetary Diversity and ACOT give 0 Diplomacy, already reinstall all mod and start new game still 0 DIplomacy after have over 10 G Power Fleet.

已更新新算法,修复了战力过低导致显示最小规模系数的问题。

@tipoima The algorithm has been re-updated to redefine a new formula and block some of the previous modifications.the situation you described should not occur now.

@Pupil_passed 游戏战斗力计算公式是个类指数函数,光调低幕指数只会小几倍。ACOT等MOD战力膨胀可是至少几千倍,一艘舰队几G的数据,所以我也调低了其他参数。相应地调高了一些规模系数(不影响溢出,只是作为显示),相当于最小颗粒度。可能战力非常低的船战斗力直接变成最小颗粒度的数据了,这个大概只会影响开局送的舰队,不会影响之后的游戏。

@Figaround It's possible that other mods override the changes to the navy capacity limit, and even so, the changes to the combat power calculation are still in effect

Looked into it more, and it seems like the game is rounding up the calculation before applying the scale factor. Which is an issue, because this mod sets it to 5600.
All the weak ships get rounded up to 5600 fleet power. Anything less than 20 million health*damage counts the same.

Massively broke with 3.13 (at least in my mod build).
17K garbage fleet and Gigastructures 20M Attack Moon fleet both showed as 500K

直接修改D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\defines文件夹里的00_defines文件,查找到COMMAND_LIMIT_BASE,最低指挥值,上一行是最大指挥值,把这个后面的数字修改就行了

@Not?Found 直接删掉nsc2文件下define关于海军指挥上限的定义即可。这游戏对于海军指挥上限的定义会往下兼容,而不是往上。

@basically nothing 一般是启动器的问题,在Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod文件夹下里的.mod文件未能正确写入读取路径。重新订阅试试。

@阿富汗獵犬 对的,修改了游戏内核所允许的舰队指挥最大上限,但是要达到这个上限,需要科技或其他手段来实现。

这个后期舰队指挥上限是需要循环科技的吗,我刚刚加载了一个以前的存档发现没有直接改上限但是有循环科技,不知道是不是其他mod的
