As for the Akatsuki mod, no not yet, I have a personal commitment to the CotR mod that I need to finish up along with the city-states mod I was working on….. my modding pace has massively slowed down this month due to a personal tragedy that happened recently, but alas I persist so I can say, it’s just a matter of time till we get there :)
I’ve already finalized an Akatsuki mod that can be used with the Secret Societies game mode.

I've also changed the shinobi icon again cause I found a better icon to represent it

Update coming on November 6!!! Just the last part of the whole flavor changes and small balance changes that have been sweeping the Naruto civs!!

They released the Rulers of China Pack today…. Ngl but on the leader ability of the new Qin persona, I don’t wanna flex or anything, but I wanna express that it honestly feels surreal that I beat them to that idea with the Tsuchikage’s leader ability (plus I still haven’t seen any mod that does anything similar)

Out of the two though, it seems like the Tsuchikage has the stronger bonus, given that he receives two charges while Qin only receives one (Also I’d edit this as an addition to the Modder’s Thoughts section, but I’m out of space)

Minor update coming tomorrow, found a way to potentially get around a compatibility issue caused by the shinobi's cs bonus from promotions

UPDATE: I will be releasing the update early, as in an hour or a few hours from the posting of this comment. I've noticed since yesterday, that my laptop where I made this mod has been hit with.... something that slows its entire performance down, that I have not been able to solve with conventional methods, so I will need to reformat it, hence why I will be releasing the updates before doing so.

I also believe it will be better for more people that I release the updates first so that they can enjoy it, and so that the issues with my laptop will not delay its scheduled release tomorrow. It should be great news for those who love playing this mod too, as they'll essentially be getting new features a day early.

As always, feedback is appreciated, although if I were to change something in the near future (hopefully I don't, but if needed then I hope it'll be a minor tweak), it'll have to wait till my laptop is back running properly in good condition.

Major update coming this coming Monday! Needed to make some rebalances, so I made tweaks to the Shinobi (once again. hopefully this will be the last major one tho cause i have another mod unrelated to naruto that i need to attend to that i agreed to help with a while back)

also in connection to the shinobi, tweaked the civ ability a bit as i realized theres basically little to no real way to defend from the tsuchikage's onslaught if you have him as an AI opponent and he decides to declare war on your existence

I'm not much to talk about steam mods but this one really deserves it! An amazing work that leaves me in the hype for new updates, keep up your work because it is amazing!

I didn't think this mod would be hit by the same glitch during the process of trying to update... I did my super best to avoid this from happening again... which of course I will, stuff like this is painful and I wish I had a much proper solution to actually dealing with it x-x

Anyway, sub here if you wanna keep this mod around, I transferred the upload here asap, this happened only 2 weeks after the initial upload, so the impact should be less minimal than with the Hidden Cloud mod
