It's quite large so it'll be difficult to fit into outfits and make it look good. It would look better reformatted as a "badge" or even a sapper.

As an item for the sapper slot - huge maybe, on the edge of being a no, because it's way too much of a bulky, giant mess for a spy to have + it's a backpack for spy... why?

As a cosmetic - absolutely not and the reason is the second half of what I mentioned above.

Good but it really doesn't work when it's this big. Maybe a satchel would work better

I absolutely LOVE this! It's wildly original, impeccably crafted, and perfectly ties in to Spy's profession of espionage.
It makes me wish Spy had more coldwar-era spytech.
