Love this idea for a mod. Downloaded it from the in-game mod manager, however, it wasn't working properly and I didn't know why so decided to look it up on here. Turns out I don't have the DLC required.

Could you add a note on your mod description, stating this required DLC? Thank you so much. I am just thinking about all the other people who might have downloaded it in error. Meanwhile, I will continue to learn the gameplay until I'm sure I want to put more money into this game via DLCs. xD

Again, great idea for a mod, wish I had the DLC needed for it, thank you so much for creating this!

@Jinrou: It should be one of the first buildings in the Dome Services sub-menu as shown in the screenshot. Make sure the DLC is installed. (There is a helpful "Show Installed DLC" mod by ChoGGi that will verify which DLCs the game is considering installed.) Also make sure the mod is enabled using the Paradox Mod system in-game.

i have the dlc but the interent cafe is not showing on the list of services to build

Thanks for the heads up. My playtesters and I can't replicate the problem. But the model comes from the In-Dome Buildings Pack, so the mod may have dependencies on having that pack. I've added it to required DLC just in case.

i cant get to work. only shows 3 dots. does not place to build

Nice idea, though I think I'd like it even more if it was locked until you'd built the communication satellite a certain number of times. Nothing to stop me just building vanilla diners until I'd got round to doing a satellite and then building internet cafes from then on of course.
