Why are you changing english to english?

There are hundreds of lines of changed labels, descriptions, jobStrings, etc covering all DLC and tens of mods. However, all mods need to be manually patched on a case-by-case basis, and note the bit about strings in the description.

This makes no changes.

In regards to 'trousers', I've discussed this in the comments a bit. There are two separate items, one called 'pants' (vanilla) and one called 'trousers' (a particular item in VE apparel). I haven't changed either of these because I couldn't decide how to keep them both different while not alienating Brits who do use 'trousers'. The 'trousers' in VE seem to be some fancier pants than the vanilla 'pants'. However, if you have a suggestion for changing 'trousers' let me know!

I always say that anyone wanting to make a translation can use my strings as reference. You don't need 'coding' per se like a regular mod, just define the strings to be changed and what to change them to. Most of it is simple if you take a look at the files here.

One last thing, does a language mod require and coding. Do you have any advice on where I can go to make my own language mod for this game?

I am currently crowdsourcing whether you all think this mod should change 'pants' to 'trousers'. We don't really use 'trousers' in Australia and 'flak trousers' sounds incredibly wrong. I will do it only if requested. :)

Now we can truly colonize, I mean colonise the Rim. Because tribals don't have flags.

The funniest joke is to play it completely straight.

Don't know why I was half expecting a British language conversion to the tune of "I say good sir, have you heard about the Queens latest colonial exploits on the rim?", "Why yes, our lads are giving the natives a good what for!" *Laughs as they push their monocles into place* XD... mmm idea for my next playthrough

Finally, Rimworld gets a real English language release.
