Initially I added this for roleplay reasons, for example it makes sense because the AI has lag processing information, but rn I have been rethinking the balance, I will soon update it with better balance.

Is it possible to have a version without the reduction to specialist pop resource output? I think the other penalties already make it balanced.

ikr? My friend had this idea, he once said that the humanity's best chance to go into space is if it'll be guided by some sort of AI. Which makes sense since it will take over all governmental functions therefore ending any kind of conflict and provide for everyone equally, since a machine will not discriminate or become corrupt.
