I don't know how to do any of that, I just know how to make maps, and even that was a pain to get on here. It would be more logical to make Provincetown a city-state anyways.
other than that, I made this map because I felt that New England (anything south of Boston in particular) gets zero publicity or attention. I find this a way to put us on the map, no pun intended.

Anyway nicely done.
sorry mate, I wanted to put detail into RI and Cape Cod, so I didn't have room for western CT. If I did, the detail would have went down because of the tiles, yadayada...
