Would you consider this safe to use in a 5.0 campaign? I think it's not 100% clear
You updated shortly before the 5.0 CA update dropped, I believe - so I wouldn't assume the last recent update was for 5.0, or was it? Thx <3
Take the Skaven Packmaster for example.
With Flesh Snatcher, the first level of that skill with this mod (?) grants 8 percent replenishment but reduces enemy replenishment by only 5 according to the tooltip, hence the question.
