Description
"jee wiz, I sure wish we were in hostile territory to recoup our losses better!" said nobody ever in the history of saying dense stuff.

This mod makes most encamp stances provide replenishment regardless of where the army is.

Let me explain:

- CA changed the replenishment in most encamp stances to only work in foreign territory
- this means that encamping in friendly territory adds nothing
- which, without very powerful local replenishment buffs, makes it more convenient to encamp in enemy territory (regardless of climate) than to walk or encamp in own or allied territory!
- gods forbid your region is unsuitable or worse, you get nothing from encamp and penalties from climate
- in other words, forcing you to either garrison a suitable settlement OR encamp in enemy territory for the best replenishment. Anything in between being a mistaaaaaaaaaake.

So what this mod does is remove that replenishment value that only works on foreign territory, and replaces it with 8% anywhere, making it an option to encamp in friendly territory similar to WH2.
Example, if vanilla encamp gave you back 9 horrors in foreign territory, you now get 9 in owned unsuitable region too, and it can stack with whatever local buff you have. But garrisoning a town is still better!

For clarity's sake, know that CA's effect would also allow you to benefit from agent or tech replenishment buffs while in hostile territory and while ignoring climate penalties, making the whole concept of casualties in enemy territory a complete joke as soon as you have those buffs. This mod removes this stacking. Head home to replenish full blast.
For example, my tests with greenskins would get me north of +40% deep into enemy territory with no effort. Honestly, that's just stupid. 8% from the horde-type replenishment is more than enough.

Ok, the reasoning should be clear now.

COMPATIBILITY:
- Since this grabs existing bundles and zeroes out specific effects and adds others to replace them, it won't affect mods that happen to add new encamp bundles.

bonus track:
CA's change is also a bit inconsistent, at least for the time being, since some other stances keep the "everywhere" kind of replenishment.
First version of the mod added +5% on top of the base foreign territory value, which compensated the "unsuitable region is ♥♥♥♥♥♥" but also buffed foreign territory and just made replenishment slightly easier overall. 8% seems to cover it nicely. It used to be 10% but WH3 clamped down on base replenishment in general and for now I chose to stick to it (never mind, they keep increasing replenishment buffs everywhere. Get in your territory to benefit.).

This is how the game used to work in warhammer ii. I can't believe warhammer iii is still broken without this mod.

Recently started playing again. Realized something felt wrong. Came to pick this mod up again. I've used it for so long that the game doesn't feel right without it.

I like this mod but the new 6.1 update doesn't let me run anything, even if it's showing green and updated. Can anyone confirm it works? Because it doesn't for me.
