I believe the issue is with Loremaster's Armoury, not "redrawing" the pickup marker/waypoint and am aware of the issue. A fix is already implemented and will be in next update.

FYI there is a possibility that your mod may be causing framerate loss over a period of time. The evidence is only circumstantial, but I thought you ought to know about it regardless.
