@doomderp I would suggest joining the https://discord.gg/Hfc6aEKf discord for learning the methods for modding Vermintide and following the https://vmf-docs.verminti.de/#/initial-setup to familiarize yourself with the current community tools for Vermintide and initial setup process. Feel free to message me or really anyone/any channel on the modder's discord about specifics if you don't understand something in the process. There is a guide for importing custom models into VT2 on the VMF website but that method doesn't entirely work and you'll either need to copy the method or use my Material Hijack mod to get the custom models working.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I'd like to ask where, if anywhere, you learned how to replace models and stuff for vermintide, I was hoping to replace the models but I'm not sure where to start, sorry.
