Fun fact, in my last playthrough of B41, I used this as my base. That run ended when I, in a harebrained move, decided to accidentally walk off the top floor of the construction site across the road from warehouse place because I tried to loot it in the dead of night in a thunderstorm.

that aside, I'm looking forward to this coming to B42. :)

Is this coming to b42 yet? The mapping tools are clearly out as theres a new updated grapseed, raven creek and many other maps. I miss having this safehouse as it was my go to place

It will be remade for b42 when the official mapping tools are available.
Have to admit, the JSOC profession was pretty overpowered.
To answer some other questions here:
@Big Brother Max - There's no keys as foraging was never added to the map. (Debug them in, i'm sorry)
@Morgan - If you want
@Blutwurst - I know, it was a very basic map, tbh i didn't expect so many people to use it. When ever the b42 dev tools come out i'll be full featured.
@halmerpatrick21 - JSOC Occupation is in the original.

The cells are actually (40, 28) & (41, 28). jawi256 was wrong.

it looks like a great hiding space. at first.
the whole area is dead. 1 single zombie spawns every few days around. thats it. the unzoned erea around is huge. no foraging, no mining, no hunting, no trapping... -.- ForagingZ sadly doesnt help. that makes that building pretty useless for a longtime existence.

@AnonSilver: It's definitely something I could look into when I'm back working on PZ, otherwise as you've said, any zombie that is inside the building has a chance to spawn a key when they die.

@AnonSilver I never found the key, just thought the Modder wanted us to break down the door to access the goodies. But glad to know for a future run! :steamhappy:

@epicboy2234565: I'm pretty sure that you can. It's added to the spawn point list, at least in multiplayer.

@TheKillerGreece: I'm hoping to. I'm not the original author, so I'll need to work backwards to understand the developer's work, but I'm hoping it'll be a relatively painless update. I'm in the process of building a new pack for Project Zomboid, so hopefully once I've got that set up I can look at updating this mod to support things like foraging zones and whatnot.

@Gambit: I usually follow the principle of loading any new tilesets that map mods use at the very top, followed by the maps themselves, followed by any additional mods. If a mod specifies that it should load above everything else, you can place it ahead of the tilesets.

This ensures that any additional files that a map mod requires (none in the case of this mod) load before the map does. One thing to check would be that after you've added the map mods to your server config is that they appear under both the workshop and mod tabs.

I've never used a cloud host, but I'm assuming you can upload a set of server configs for the server to use? If so, you can easily build the server files using the in-game host tab, and copy those files onto the server once you've got it all setup.

If you can see that both the workshop and mod tabs have the mod, then check the map tab to see whether it is added to load when the world is generated.

Just out of curiosity... Do you have to have a specific Load Order for these Map Mods to work? (I can't seem to get any map mods to work on my dedicated server (cloud hosted))

@Hsuyuu1: I'm not sure how you'd go about removing it from an existing save file. I know that it's possible, but you need some way of removing the chunks, or regenerating them back to how they're supposed to be in the base game.

I play daily. Today when I went to play, when loading, I had the error that the survivor.warehouse map was missing. I was surprised and upset, because it's a save I've been playing for months. I came to search the original map to see what the problem was, and I didn't find the original map. Found this one from @An Overburdened Warrior and signed up to see if it fixed it. It worked. For those who have the same problem as me, you can subscribe this map. For me, the replacement worked. Thanks @An Overburdened Warrior. Please don't delete this one! :D

@Yoko: I can confirm there are definitely map files included. I'd say the best thing to do would be to unsubscribe and resubscribe so that it downloads the files again, and then make sure that the mod is added to both the Mods and Workshop tabs in the server settings panel.

I've never made a map but from what i've read here and there. There is some sort of way to setup the foraging and even car spawns (and anything else similar). What I remember from when I thought about making a map is that google took me to a site where i think most of them make it before they load it up to workshop. Anyway thank you for keeping this around. I just tried to play a game only for it tell me this and a few others had pretty much been deleted off the workshop. There are times i wish it wouldn't delete some of this stuff out of my game but it is what it is.

Hi @Renamed Username and @Alpha Gamer: I'm afraid that's how the original mod was left by Xer0fire. I'd love to be able to fix it myself, but I've never worked with the PZ map system. I'm going to do some research though, maybe there'll be a way to easily add foraging zones.

is there a way to allow foraging within the area where this location is based because it is shown as unknown when foraging and you find nothing. its only when you leave the modded area where you start detecting items
