I only did a quick throw together to get it working after SRTS updated and broke it.
SInce I don't really do Rimworld modding anymore, I just haven't had time to look at bombing functions.

How can I use my bombers? I just built a hyena bomber and I cant figure out how to use it as, you know, a bomber, not a shuttle

Works fine for me, it could be load order, if my mod is loaded first. On mine it causes a corrupted mods error and disable mods if you load them wrong (I've already pushed an update that fixes the auto-sort for my mod).

Failing that it might be something like an old config.
If you go to this path (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\), re-name the config folder (config-old). Then re-launch the game add, just Harmony, SRTS continued and the star wars ships. And restart with just those mods and see what it does.

@Tetsu-Ryu hey i had the same problem as well it took me forever to find it for me it was the SRTS starwars ships but other ship mods might do it as well but if i loaded SRTS with out the other mod srt mods it worked fine

Everytime i load this mod and the SRTS continued mod together, my Rimworld loads to menu, but is then completely empty. I can't even get a HugsLib Log..
Nto sure, if it's an incompatibility (have a lot of mods). But it only appeared 1-2 days ago, since both updated.

Ok, uploaded a working version.

Defs have changed so when you load a save you will lose any of the ships but you can DevMode them back in.

They can't do bombing runs currently I'll look at it when I have more time.

@tachi should be working now, both errors are actually the same error.
The a base def uses the ActieDropPod, that not existing breaks the base of all the ships.

So just added a 1.6 version of the .xml and all good to go

After looking at their Ko-fi I see they're adapting and expanding it. So I don't wish to step on their toes. I look forward to seeing their mod when its done!

There are two errors as of right now. Every vehicles uses an invalid class "ActiveDropPod" which is no longer in the game. Second issue is every vehicle is missing a thingClass

As for updating this mod, its not this you need to update, it's SRTS Expanded. I believe there is meant to be a continued version:https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2938738526

That should allow it to work on 1.6 ( I haven't tested it ).

Unless by update you mean move to Grav Ship / Odyssey stuff?

@DemonKing-YT It already works the tag isn't updated since I'm not active dev of this anymore.
But just install the SRTS 1.5 and it'll work fine.

@Reaperstone if you click the ship and select "load launch group of 1" you should be able to select a pilot from the people and animals tab (any colonist will do), and whatever you want to load from the items tab (High-explosive shells should work for bombing if the Slave I can do that, I haven't built one but I assume it does)

I guess this is a really dumb question but, I am new to this game and modding it in general. Finally got everything to build Slave I and I don't have a pilot. Nor can I figure out how to get a pilot for it... Please help a lowly noob?

@Lenzar, at a guess you didn't load any shells. SRTS uses mortar shells for bombing runs. You should then be able to load them for the bombing run

I think I'm doing something wrong. When I tried to do a bombing run, the ship launched, flew over the targeted area, but did no damage at all.

Loooove this mod! Such beautiful ships really bring the game to life for me. Only downside is loading additional inventory can be weird after raiding maps.

Is it safe to remove your 'Knights of the Outer Rim - Vehicle Pack' mod and then add this mod instead to an already existing save? I just realised that this one has the YT 1300.

@danielhistoriadel98 you should be able to load them. Try on a normal SRTS ship if you can't do it on that then you may have another mod conflicting.

Try a new world with just Harmony, SRTS and this enabled and see if that works
