I think I found the mod that breaks yours. For me it wasn't none of the after mentioned mods. It was actually the Sun Wukong Monkey King Mod.

I've had this mod on top of all my other mods for some time.

The only thing that I figured is wrong is either Puzzle3D, Puzzle Illustration, WDG2, or MTU. Your mods worked with MTU in the past so it must be the other 3. I'll start to experiment turning them off and back on 1 at a time.

Use this mod and put it above all others, it won't change anything, but makes sure that all your events are executed in order.

There is another 'mod template' to "create" characters. This mod, moves existing characters, if someone does not exist then you have to use a mod like this:

in the cdir_events_incident_payloads_tables you have the only important line which contains all the info about the character. SUBTYPE[3k_general_fire] change fire to the element the general is. Then you have the same as before CHARACTER_TEMPLATE[character_id_example]

I don't know how to create Huang Shao.

Try:

Be aware that yellow turban generals lose their entire skill tree if they are in a Han faction, and you reload your game.

on the left column the ID is dosent matter what it is, just be different than this one, just change 2 numbers. IDs for characters can be found in the character_generation_template_game_mode_details_tables table in the database.

Download this mod and open it. You have to change the IDs on the left column to be different than this. Then you have to change the character code which you can find all in the database, character_generation_template_game_mode_details_tables

You can also find the start date there, but tbh it's not that hard to figure it out.
