it seems to have a bug where the zombies become tiny and then big again, like they extend their limbs while running, starting from a tiny person position

Do you have any zombies models replacements subscribed? They can neglect custom anims.

unfortunately, all common infected are doing the same running anims instead of the variety shown in the thumbnail.

there's a new bug with the new death animations were the commons freeze after there death animation plays then ragdoll a few seconds after

My only complaint about this mod is the death animations. It's really weird to see the commons freeze on the last frame of their death animation for a few seconds before they ragdoll. Other than that I say this mod is great!
