Bro this does not work, unless its only the basic mod parts installed. I get that both this mod and the script must go on top... But if I try to use anything else over that it wont even get to the start screen of the game...Is there any way you could make a different mod that only gives new skills to the agents and generals? or help explain to me what im doing wrong? because before your mod took the place of the standard one everything worked fine.. You're mod it so amazing though because of those extra skills and edicts that I keep trying to fix it and I just dont know anymore man...Any kinda help you can do is more then welcome

Authority, Cunning, and Zeal plays different parts in your Armies.

Authority determines your General's Aura range, Armies Charge, Morale, Attack, Exp.

Cunning determines your Armies Governing, Siege, Defensive Tactics like more Spikes, Stones, Fireballs, etc.

Zeal determines your Generals Attack, and your Missile Troops Morale.

This is what makes your Encounters Unique and Battles different.

Missile Units will always have more Morale behind Walls and Cities vs Land but a Strong General can Inspire Missile Units to be Bolder away from the Gates or against Cavalry.

Morale is dynamic based on your General leading the Army, their Traits and Stats play a huge role in Morale of Troops. I started re updating the Submod and now Battles will be slower but still more realistic as before.

Beginning Generals will have a harder time proving themselves in Battle for both Players and AI, giving it an Even field of Battles, but adding Challenge and Different Battles each Army Encounter.

guys, if the effects of the new buildings doesn't work for you try this
>open the pack file manager and open MugenMed1212.pack
>go to db, then go to building_effects_junctions_table
>rename the building_effects_junctions to something like 1212mugen_building_effects_junctions (the name really doesn't matter, the thing is u need to rename the table with some numbers or @ to make the table priority higher, this shoud be load above any other submod you have and make the effects appear)

Hi, i noticed that quite many units have only 1 morale in campaign. In custom battle it is correct.

unnecessary, too much skills ,the general needs 5 lives of 100 years. the tribal buildings do not work.

use 1212compbuild_v2 from 08/06 will solve CTD issue. Read the readme from Bubbl3Gum's link carefully, do everything and you should be good to go

its crashing, but medieval kingdoms got its last update on the 4th of august, mugens update is from the 6th of august, should be updated or am i missing something?

Confirming what was said about the crash once the faction has been selected.

HOWEVER THERE IS WAY AROUND IT

Looking at the twcenter page there is a download link for the "newversion" of the mod.
the date between the steam version and that latter are almost the same, so I presume there is a slight difference between them, but I could not say what.
Use this one: @MugenMed1212(2022) I added the @ because it was not showing in the launcher. Put it on top and Voilà, it works fine.
Hope this can help those like me that can't play MKTW 1212 without it, the generals skills and traits are just a must have.

Great concept however as others have mentioned CTD on faction selection seems the mission objectives are blank on each faction.

@Brat that's probably because changing the startpos means you cannot use any other startpos as you can only have 1, and most people want to use faction unlockers or more turns per year etc.

did you increased unit size? infantry have 300 mans and cavalry have 90 mans.
i really like the huge battle but start unit are still remain as vanilla, seems you didn't edited startpos.

mod seems to work fine only thing i noticed info on buildings for first to upgrades on forts missing thats about it, only gripe needs 12tpy and tech time needs looking at. would be nice if advanced tech say armour was a few years but farming i think should not be on a par with it. could put in script where a visitor from other lands provides boost to tech, something like say damascus steel, thank you for mod

@chevonmog also while youre asking for ideas; the only thing i dont like in your mod is the idle stance of spearmen.. it just doesnt look good in my opinion. so maybe another version without the animation chances? this way the mod is compatible with other animation mods too
