I am not aware of any other publicly released mod by Akita Morgue.
Their other project 「HL2 女児」 is "frozen and untouched" since the steampipe update broke SMOD.

do us a solid and send the original files?
also would be 1000000000000 times better if it was a hex and not a replacement. would rather have a custom npc than a default model replacement

Awesome mod! Tiny bit disappointed that it didn't appear on the zombie's head too, but still a great mod for any Touhou fan (or even non Touhou fan)
