Request: Be able to set the prisoners in the stocks free and arm them to attack guards. Raises bounty, but would be hella fun

once you finish the mod and make compatibility patches and such, can you not alter the inside of the shops like the bannered mare and other shops or make another version of the mod that doesnt change the indoors, I like the new things such as the courier building and new outdoor shops, just not the indoor changes

I left out breezehome for a reason, It can ruin mods if done wrong. so i suggest to download a whiterun breezehome mod from a different author and use it with this mod.

I'll download this if you add some breezehome extensions (e.g more decoration choices, a possible basement, more plaques and stands, just to make it cooler)

I understand. I was just throwing things out there. Another question I wanted to ask was whether you're doing other "adornment" mods for the other cities of Skyrim, like you did with Dawnstar. Maybe one for the villages and/or military forts. The only reason I'm mentioning the forts is because in the first Elder Scrolls Game, "Arena," many other settlements were mentioned in the same locations as the forts with similar (or the exact same) names.

I've Thought of this, but the thing is. when you arrive in whiterun it dont belong to any side of the war. Indeed they are imperial but in the begining they dont have any side chosen. So not breaking immersion i have not gone all out with what you have said. I could do some more towers and stuff but thats for another time and maybe an extension of this mod.
Battleborn/greymane i havent gone all out with these guys because Say when the imperials "take over" whiterun they have the suppor of the battleborns but not the greymanes. This leaves the Greymanes in a vunrebal position because they could be improsoned or killed if they speak out or look liek they support the other clan and the same goes for the Battleborns. So to fix this, instead i've added 1-2 npc's (cant remember) to each clan's household to show that they have power in the city. I know it sounds cool and all but i perfer to stick to what i have said because it'll break immersion for me.
Amren that could be done, maybe.

I like the exterior of Whiterun's gate, but why not have battlements all around the city? Blockades and/or ruined watchtowers with city guards, Imperial sentries, or Stormcloak Troops depending on how the Civil War proceeds. Why stop there? Arrange not the city itself, but the inhabitants. For example, you have two prominent clans who favor both sides of the war. The Battle-Borns could wear Imperial armor and/or have Imperial weapons on their person. The Gray-Manes could also be wearing blue-colored clothing, with Vignar wearing Companion Wolf Armor, or his niece (Olfina) in Stormcloak Officer Armor along with Sinmir. Also Commander Caius (belonging to the Imperial race) would be decked out in full Imperial Officer Armor with corresponding weaponry. Amren, being a Reguard could wear the signature outfit of his race as well as carrying one or two scimitars.

Excellent. Like I said, the makeover you've done is excellent and provides realism to the trading hub of Skyrim. However, may I put in a suggestion for what else to put into the mod. I'll understand if you say "no," but I wanted to know if you're taking suggestions.

@wrsmothers, work with the firstone??? Ohh No sorry this is version two. your best bet would be to finish that play through on that mod.
@legofreak96 Not to much more, maybe a few package changes such as making the Book lady sell her wares outside on certain days. more package changes ect. not to much just fixing things that may occur.
I do know of the statue and tables. it was done on purpose.

Just out of curiosity, exactly how much more is going to be put into this mod? I mean it looks amazing, but I just wanted to ask. Also, on an unrelated note, some of the textures appear to be mismatched. For example, the Ysgramor/Ancient Nord statues and tables have a sort of mossy stone texture on them. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but I thought you'd want to know.

Does it work with the first one because my wife is from the original mod
Jalvr  [author] 15 Jun, 2014 @ 2:13am
U dont get it. Its there for a reason. its there to show us that there is hatred and racism. The nords are strong people who want to fend for themselfs. then these foreigners come stealing jobs and actually stealing. i see where some of this racism comes from. I like the other races just as much but i know its there for a reason so ill keep it.

Nah. I like how there's people like that in skyrim.
