You can find the wardrobe in the tree you can unlock it when you buy a new island (it's random) it's quite easy to get it because it's a starter island (first biome)
The cosmetics menu (if you talk about "Ultimate Cosmetic Menu") it's just another workshop mod by topherlicious that just make the custom menu better and easy to use

And bc I'm completely dumb the full skin is just the body and not multiple part,
