The shiny is rare, yes! Not nearly as rare as in the actual games, but rarer than the default!

Rayquaza doesn't appear for me. just a red square with a B in it. the sign that a sprite is missing

This reminds me of Sky Pillar from Pokemon Ruby Saphire Emerald for the GameBoy made by Nintendo in the series Pokemon
