The shiny is rare, yes! Not nearly as rare as in the actual games, but rarer than the default!

I loaded the map up and Rayquazza appeared as a shiny! what're the odds of this?

@Sigmund Froid If you give proper credit, then you can probably use it. I'm too busy with my own projects however so it'd be up to you, haha.

Rayquaza doesn't appear for me. just a red square with a B in it. the sign that a sprite is missing

This reminds me of Sky Pillar from Pokemon Ruby Saphire Emerald for the GameBoy made by Nintendo in the series Pokemon
