I'm pretty sure palapapa is right, that mist spells don't do anything. I remember them working in an earlier version of noita, but I don't think they do anything now

Mist spells do nothing when cast. I have tried with Attunium and Carbon Dioxide.

Or cast the spell with your cursor over the material for compatibility with all materials.

It would be great if there was a spell that you could cast to convert the first flask in your inventory into its material spell.
You could have different types for different types of material spell (blank circle of, blank touch of, etc).

The sprites are computer generated, urine likely uses a texture which it could not read a color from so it used the color which is used to define urine on the biome map, which happens to be blue

This needs a rareity sysstem that makes spells for rare materials rarer a healithum spell should be as rare relative to a water spell as a healtium flask is to a water flask.

i got a midas mist trail with slime clouds and accidently tunneled from the snowy depths to the surface and got over a 100 thousand money. Not game breaking because theres already a gold biome your just making a new one

The moid doesnt generate spells for the materials made from your Potent Potions mod combined with the Modifier Modules mod.

wellp, could you make some limits for the spells? I found healthium mist and i think, its a great idea but it should be limited to few uses like circle of vigour etc. Ive also found two times molten gold trail in hiisi base and that makes the game very unbalanced.

The option makes more sense for modders, Noita has this hidden material tags system, materials have certain tags like liquid, magic_liquid etc. https://noita.fandom.com/wiki/Modding:_List_of_all_tags#Material_tags

Well, there is a little confusing in "Blacklist Tags". First, which tag should I use? For example, if I want to disable the Spells about "Creepy liquid", which should I type: the "creepy liquid" , "MS_MATERAL_CREEPY_LIQUID" or the "CREEPY LIQUID"?
emmm, unfortunately, the textbox seems to be limited by 19 words and I can't type " " and ",". I want to know why the limits doesn't work. Could you help me?
I believe Material Spells is a great work! Even in the future, it would be a comprehensive alchemy lab component in Noita.

There is a literal option that says "solid spells". I believe its safe to assume that it means concrete as well -.-

Installing the Enable Logger mod and checking logger.txt in your noita folder should give a more detailed error.

This looks really sweet, I'm getting an error as well though. Always wanted a way to summon any material.

Just gave me an idea for a potential mod: Generating spells to summon enemies in the game (similarly to the egg spell, but specific to an enemy).

Right so I've done a fair bit of fiddling to try and get this mod to work and it just doesn't. It throws a generic error when a game is started with it enabled (if there's a way to get a more detailed error report, I don't know it), and spells do not appear in any external spell-spawning mod IE spell lab or cheatgui.

I suspect this is a compatibility issue. These are the mods I have that add or otherwise have something to do with liquids, which I currently have enabled: Fluid Dynamics, Alchemical Reactions Expanded, Arcane Alchemy, Bottled Reactions if that counts, Vampirism+ Updated, and Magic in our Veins: Perk Rework.
