Maybe it becouse I was playing as machine empire. I activated all cheats except pop growth and assembly, opened council tab in politics window and game crashes. I guess you fixed it now, but telling this detail is important I guess

When I opens council tab of gestalt empire after activating cheats, game always crushes.
It not appears only on non-gestalt empires

The new version of stellaris has a lot of code changes, I need to spend time to fix some bugs (maybe not).

Currently known issues: some code related to the primitive empire are not properly handled, the modifier of increasing naval capacity is invalid, removing empty target, related to planetary code

船体值加成10000%容易数据溢出，大佬有考虑过把船体值加成改成+250000这种直接添加数值而不是比例加成的吗

defines 文件可能会被其他 mod 中的 defines 文件屏蔽

你可以自行修改

species_leader_exp_gain 测试可行的话，下次更新添加

@小裙子我找到了经验相关的了，希望加入。有个作弊MOD，有改经验的。Better Cheating 不过已经很久不更新了。担心以后那一天不兼容。
翻了下文件，经过修改数据验证有效，代码是
leader_skill_levels = 100
species_leader_exp_gain = 5432.00 #1对应100%经验增长率

其中，那个经验上限leader_skill_levels = 100是要配合我上次发的Stellaris\common\defines\00_defines.txt文件内的 LEADER_MAX_SKILL_CAP修改一起用才可以

defines里面的代码貌似不能作为modifier添加进作弊选项中
要修改就必须直接修改defines文件

领导等级上限：
Stellaris\common\defines\00_defines.txt
搜单词语句，然后改“=”后数值
LEADER_BASE_SKILL_CAP
LEADER_MAX_SKILL_CAP
