Make a character and save it with a distinct name. Then go to your local file of PC, which is a little tricky. You don't need the one in the 'Mods' folder, but the one stored locally under User. So for me its Local (C:), users, 'name', AppData, LocalLow, Ludeon Studios, Rimworld by Ludeon Studios, PrepareCarefully. Here you can find your made character. Open the name.pcc file with notepad / sublime and if u scroll down, u can find the stats under <skills>. Your looking for the <passion></passion> values. Here you maybe see: numbers, None or Major (big flame) / Minor (small flame). If you insert the right numbers, u can generate the interests / passions.
After some testing I've concluded this list:
= Vocal Hatred
= Stagnant
= Bored
= Major Aversion
= Forgetful
= Minor Aversion
= Invigorating
= Allergic
= Inspiring
= Natural Genius
= Compulsion
