Naw. I'm fine mate. I'll wait to see what you'll make in the end. Keeps the suspension up.^^

If you come to the discord and volunteer to devtest, you could use the clampy feet and make it walk actually. Wanna do that ?

* I can't

Yep. It can walk on water because it technically is a hovercraft with mimic legs. While I can adequately build functional mechs in Space Engineers, it can't built them as easily in FtD (especially not in such a small scale), seeing that I can't just use overriden gyroscopes to balance the frame. Which means I would have needed to add counter acting thrusters anyway... so I might just go the whole way, add thrusters and be done with it. As for the running in circles part... yeah. I'll have to see what I can do with the AI (probably needs a few more cards an a breadboard... which means even less space to work with). Sorry about that. :(

Meanwhile a "little" teaser of what I'm currently working on, if you would be interested in seeing it: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2589457971

There already are sticky feet in the game. However, seeing how the collision avoidance AI likes to smash into vehicles regardless of whatever settings you have in place. I won't be relying on something so... unreliable. Especially not when trying to build fairly small. I mean mechs would be gigantic just to make them work somehow. Though I could see if I can make a quadruped mech. I do have a spider mech frame, but that one also only works with hidden thrusters due to how friction works (too much fiddling about to get it to work in FtD) in this game. In short: I'll have to see how resistant I am to frustration and if my rig can take the abuse. :)

there's sticky feet being added to the game. maybe you could make this walk for real.

Anyway, I will carry on with my project and be looking forward to see more of yours. Have a great day :3

I'd love to see more titans. Though it took me while and a lot of tinkering to get this one to work. You could say I'm probably not going to do WH40K stuff (or any new FtD stuff) for a while. So I'm probably going to take a break and play something else (and maybe think on what to make next).

Hi there. I really like your design and ideas about making the walker feasible, though this one could use a lot of improvement in terms of handling. Right now I'm working on a build of my own, which is (spolier alert): also a walker, also 40k, though somewhat larger. Would you by any chance would be interested in helping me out with that?

Hm. It is inspired by Warhammer. Also I winged it here and there to make it fit. Hence why it is a bit chubbier than planned.

Hmmm is this inspired by someone else's build ?
