Moving the vpk from the workshop folder to the default addons folder should work.

Apparently it doesn't load from the workshop folder. Maybe I'll find a fix for this.

I did everything the README said, I installed the font added the lines into the autoexec.cfg but the font is the same as default.

No, you need to install the font yourself but the commands to use the font in-game are in this add-on

But remove the background videos and the music?
