Dude! This is great BUT, do you know of a mod just like this, except with cooldowns? I'd wanna up the psyfocus cost but get rid of the cooldowns.

This mod seems to do exactly what I have been searching for quite a while, because I would like to experiment with drastically reducing most 'aggressive' psycast costs, so that making a pawn be a full-time psycaster is actually viable, versus just handing them a gun and sending them to the trenches like everyone else.

So if you ever do find the will to bring this up to speed for 1.6, consider me another interested user! No pressure on yourself, though, just wanted to voice my approval.

Really need this for Psycasts Expanded in 1.5, would help balance it and make it less game breakingly op,
