Orlando is too high up, it should be where the Port St Lucie province is. The current Orlando province should be renamed to St Augustine, Daytona Beach, or New Symrna Beach. The Panama City province should be Tallahassee. Tallahassee province should be renamed to Lake City.

So you can use this for base game and actually make more provinces in nudge tool. And can it be used for any mod like rise of nations. It just adapts the tools to that mod. No more trying with paint tool?

Here is a note for people looking at this mod, this mod is made entirely for people to MOD the game, there is absolutely NO gameplay or added content gameplay wise to this

This submod won't have an effect on actual gameplay, it is more built to help other modders create new mod. The workshop description should explain it all :)

My Illinois is right there! NOOOOOOOO, i just want my nice farmer state, Even if were dominated by the failures from Chicago, everywere else is pretty awesome but forsomereaon Chicago gets to run the state. 1 county dominates the other 101 for no reason, In fallout Chicago would be gone so the state would be awesome then.
