A better, more consistent, although difficult and out of my scope of skill method would be to decompile all the maps, and manually replace healing items in hammer editor.
But I will do the 1st method if you really want it.

This is what I use for weapon spawns now. It's some work going around and placing down spawns manually on each map, but you have exact control over however you want the game to handle them. There's a cvar to make even guaranteed spawns be randomized. I believe silver also has plugins for medcabinets, gun cabinets and ammo packs / laser sights too.
Oh and btw i tried campaign singleplayer just in case and its the same issue with the wall of red text in the console the split second the map starts, I really do have bad luck with vscripts.

I greatly appreciate your interest in this mod, but the sourcemod methods to do this are much better and bug free. Plus you can manually place weapon spawns per map without editing the map files.
and use sourcemod, which is what I personally do when I play.

- I'm not quite sure if it counts for the director settings you're thinking of, but I was using Competitive-Bots+ Apocalypse Edition , which only affects the Infected spawns and behavior as far as I'm aware. At least in the add-ons menu, it doesn't warn me of any conflicts with True Weapon RNG. I'm also running Left 4 Bots , and it doesn't warn me of any conflicts either.
- Playing single player, so probably counts as local server.
- Specific weapons that spawned you couldn't interact with?
- Specific campaign, chapter, and location?
- Local, modded dedicated, lan server?
- Did bots attempt to interact with the weapon?
- Are you running other gamemode / mutation / vscripts that use director settings?
Not all glitches are bad ;-)
The lack of reserve ammo is actually a cool effect if you're playing for fun on a lesser difficulty, makes ammo piles worth more and weapon pickups way less exploitable. I enjoy it.

Totally unrelated question, where did you get those outline colors for the guns and items? Look like really smooth colors.
