-Bosses being slowed is too strong; got it. I'll change the effects around so bosses "resist" it more
-Oh, right, projectiles lose their momentum when frozen; I'll have to disable that
-I actually didn't know about the SVPERH0T code! It seems to actually set TimeScale like SUPERHOT does, though it looks like it's hard-coded into the game, meaning I can't access it through LUA.
Also, I'm gonna put in a Tear Rate penality when time slows too, since that seems a bit too powerful right now
What also might help is the Easter Egg seed that makes the game behave like super hot already. Maybe it's features might help instead of slow/petrify
