Sorry to keep you waiting. It took me too long to get over the horrible nightmare of losing my data due to ransomware.

Since Bungie released 'Ethereal Psionics (=Prismatic)' instead of Darkness ability in Destiny 2: The Final Shape, my waiting for the unexpected is meaningless.

So.... I have some core ideas for Strand. And now it's my turn to restore the lost data.

My computer was hit by ransomware, and most of the files related to XCOM mode were disabled. I hired a local engineer to repair it to fix this problem.

I'm working on a separate laptop with another laptop until the computer comes back or I make a backup. Fortunately, the CIV 6 mod-related material remained there, and working on implementing XCOM in the CIV 6 environment.

Thank you! It was difficult for me to understand. So.... It is clear that skill addition through this method cannot be added in the middle of the game.

so I've discovered that the mod is not able to be added mid game, so it might eb a good idea to add that to the description please ^-^

1. Once you acquire the Clarity Control (XCOM 2 Existing Name: Stasis Shield) skill, you can use both skills.

2. Winnower can only be cast on stasis units.
Salvation can also only be cast on frozen units.
-Both skills are activated when a unit with the status ailment is in LoS.

3. In general, stasis removes all status effects so 'stasis + frozen' does not occur.
(And even if it happens, the Winnower skill that can interact with stasis takes precedence)

Semantic question if I can ask. Due to the wording of Winnower and Salvation, which takes priority over the other? Can both skills be equipped to the same unit? Do they overlap when equipped on the same unit? And what about having two separate units with the skills, which would take priority then? This leaves me with a lot of mechanical questions.
