I don't know how to make one off the top of my head but I have a general idea. And I have books that give me details. But still, I might try Naked Brutality that knows nothing after I finish this run...

If you're using another mod that makes fires require research, it'll probably be in the research tab for that mod

This just adds the faction, no new scenarios. Pick your favourite vanilla or modded scenario and change the starting faction to start with no tech

I like starting with naked brutality with the Tribe that Knows Nothing faction, but I may be a masochist

Aight, question, may be dumb, but I see no option to start with no research, no new scenarios. What am I missing?

I do something similar!

It's faster if you start with the Naked Brutality scenario and change the starting faction. I have a few saved scenarios like that

What I like to do is edit the tribe that knows nothing and remove everything that that the szenario editor lets me remove so that I get a naked brutality type szenario with the added difficulty that late game research will take longer because of the tech level difference

ok yea did a quick test, pulled out this mod started over used dev mode to spawn stuff in and was able to chat with the prisoner properly unlike when i was using one of the factions from this mod ... might be a conflict with Prison Labor somehow

unsure if it might be a bug with this mod but im having an issue using these factions that my pawns cant seem to convert/recruit people, didnt have this issue previous colony before this mod

Noticed while playing with this that tribals that know nothing have the horseshoe pin instead of the hoopstone ring, so is the difference between the 2 factions from this mod purely cosmetic or does it still take in the vanilla differences and this is just an error?

This mod doesn't come with new scenarios, you will have to pick one of the new factions in the scenario editor

i usually wait 1-2 days per research since i go through it too fast for my liking. Would the option of forcing a delay between research projects be within the scope of this mod?

Love love love this mod! Makes no sense how a bunch of random people know how to build a generator...(of course it also makes no sense that they can figure it out sitting at a bench, but that's where Research Reinvented comes in)

I got it. You need to start as a Know Nothing Tribe. Which you do in the scenario editor.

well ani1 knows how to use this mod ? bcouse dosent matter how i try to start the game with this mod the knowledge is still there i mean 5 or more already researced things like pemikan or planting tree's. Maybe the prepare carefully mod makeing some problem i mean this 2 mods maybe dont like each other or dunno :D ani idea ?

The issue is because the empire has a small list of what factions it isn't permanently hostile to, including the default player factions. You have to somehow add the factions from this to that list so it won't be set to permanently hostile. I tried doing it myself but ended up where as soon as anything involving the empire renders, the UI and controls permanently turn off. I actually managed to revert all the damages and uninstall this mod and set myself to a different faction which fixed it, but I almost ended up just restarting.

Just had my save game violently destroyed by trying to set the empire not hostile through save editing in notepad.
