Thank you for this, and the order in this list is deliberately arranged by me. After my own mods, they are key mods and game performance boosting mods. After "Extended Game Options" mod, it's in alphabetical order. Some of the mods that are necessarily correlated together are not listed together alphabetically.
What is ABC order? And how to add into?
I'm busy passed series month, so this is why I haven't test new mods yet. And I will keep busy more month...... so got no time to test those new mods.
About "Language Pack of Replacement", I changed English language and Chinese language.
About "Cross The Line", if you want to plop the water source to out of the edge of map, you need this.
About "Extended Game Options", the BIG ONE option is adjusting resource 'Decay Rate', that's very helped.
About "Favorite Cims", it's a citizen monitor, you can got detail from it own window and from other buildings. "Lifecycle Rebalanced Revisited" is changed some data of citizen, so they are different.
About "Employ Overeducated Workers V2", it let high education citizen to go working to any buildings. So it's useful.
And for me, if use "Customize It Extended", you don't need "Rebalanced Industries" anymore, because you can change whole industries with "Customize It Extended" and change to any value you want, and also decrease problem made.
And I will test those new mods late and update Final List.

Power Storage - It does not add anything to the game, but "no fuel" problem appears
Fire Spread Fixed for C:S 1.3.2+ - Tree Fire Control does the same thing

District Stats 2 - WatchIt is enough, detailing a district could help, but not much
District RCI 2 - WatchIt is enough, in case of RICO the demand is not matters
Adjustable Business Consumption 2 - it has conflict with Rebalanced Industries
Other Rail Track Speed Increaser 3 - I have it, too
Harmony 2.0.4-4 (Mod Dependency) - I have it, too
Language Pack of Replacement - in case of Chinese, but for me it is not necessary
Prefab Hook (Mod Dependency) - I have it, too

I see, that the list is including a couple of "problematic" mods.
I also did a list, but the stable combination is approx. 150 mods, but I have only published 140 of them . Can we work together to have "A FULL list of zero conflict mods" of mods before CS2 published?
I would also help to correct spelling mistakes in you description. Your list is unique, so let's make it petfecto.
