RTFM: 4) When operating at low throttle/low clutch the jets lose a lot of their steering power, but this is fixed by turning the deflectors down to 0.85 or 0.75.

Oh wait it seems it only steers at full clutch :D

It seems that after I have used AP or mnvr, the steering doesn't work anymore in manual and sometimes even in AP. Only way to turn the ship is mnvr mode then. Don't know exactly when this happens.

its good but it needs some sort of collison avoidance, stuff comes at you quick and its not quick to stop or turn
