I have tested a mod very similar to yours called Flogi's RNW Adjustments, and it seems that the worlds that his mod generates do have more sensible trade nodes.

@Gaylad So Ive been trying to get a nice RNW, but all I get are weird looking continents and islands. Is there any way to make the game respond to the level of development in the trade nodes to change that? As far as I'm aware the coding simply doesn't allow for dynamic nodes unfortunately.

I'm assuming it would be a nearly impossible task to change hos the trade nodes are spawned, or rather linked to each other, then. Unfortunate.

@Gaylad The random new world randomizes everything about the new world from the physical appearance, development levels, location and make-up of native states, even the trade routes to the new world.
It's almost always been non-optimal unfortunately. That's your standard randomized new world is the trade zone paths sometimes make some really weird connections between continents, like two nearby continents might not share trade but a distant one does.

Very cool mod. I think the biggest thing holding it back is how nonsensical the arrangement of trade nodes is. They flow all over the place with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the connected nodes are half the world away, making neighbouring nodes useless to your home node.

I believe that @Polandow was saying the same thing a few pages back in the comments.

Mod would be wonderful if this was fixed.

@發芽馬鈴薯 你開局災難倒數是因為你一開局發展度四位數以上太強了,打其他國家跟本隨便打,隨機出陸塊多的世界會變成都是小島的世界,如果都是大陸就是海的百分比會變高,不可能出現比原地球舊大陸還大的國家,因為隨機大陸最大不可能會比美洲加大洋洲陸地加起來還要大的

@發芽馬鈴薯 開局前看貿易路線原版和其他mod也做不到吧,不過貿易路線終點通常會出現在地圖最左或最右邊,叛軍問題盡量多結盟幾個國家然後在爆發災難前找個國家宣戰拖到發生災難會比較容易

如果有更多可成立国家,比如依据文化,在新世界成立文化母国,就好了。比如可成立新法国,德国等。

@Kasaki 下次更新会在开局事件新增第二选项,选第二项之后国家就不会四分五裂或者或者出现跨大洲的尤卡坦这种让玩家无法接受的内容

我恳请作者给mod介绍最后一段所描述的内容加一个开关,或者关闭该内容。这个mod之前陪伴我度过了很长一段时光,我十分珍惜这个mod,你的幻想世界的想法真的惊为天人。但是当我时隔一段时间后再次回到这个mod发现,现在这个机制导致游戏根本无法进行下去,大国开局就会四分五裂,放出来的很多也支离破碎,跨大洲的尤卡坦也根本不合理,这只会削弱对幻想世界的代入感。如何你可以加一个开关,或者关闭该内容,我们会由衷的感谢你

1.mod为了让保证玩家能破局,太大的国家一些土地会被以下势力分走,第一种是国内的阶层产生的国家,第二种是原本不存在的土著tag,剩下的会被第三种已存在的土著分走,尤卡坦就是因为土地被纳瓦特尔信仰土著拿走,可是土地太多会天天末日值爆炸导致永远升不了科技所以给了尤卡坦。
2.有教程修正的国家都是可以当朝贡国的,原本是用来破局或者当boss挑战用的,所以打不过学棒子当狗(朝贡)是最简单的方法,有人打你就叫主人来救你吧。

我遇到的情况是会出现一个开始不存在的国家吃了他们国家的地,而且这个国家在全球各个州都有地,有三个档都叫一个名字,尤卡坦,更关键的是这个全球大国只是某个小国家的殖民领,还有一个,教程buff是故意保留的还是不小心,太猛了,100士气加成90枣核,不是人能打的。

有bug,国家和起始选择看到的国家疆域不同,而且一般有几个大国占领了他们的土地,里面还有那些小国家的核心。

@Polandow Obviously, it is a process, if you won’t have access to and end node, and you will need time and conquest to get access to a better one, but while conquering you must do the same in your node, control it, improve it and move as much as possible to it.
Every merchant steering trade multiplies the value of that trade as it leaves their node. But to make this work optimally you need both
1) Many, many merchants, which you get from setting up colonial nations and trade companies everywhere possible.
2) Total control of both your home node and its feeder nodes. This is best accomplished by conquering 100% of their provinces.

@Polandow I will attempt to find out what the bug(s) is/are but as the error logs are always blank for me after crashing. If someone's error log shows something concrete I would love to know.
