Maybe diarrhea+water = swampwater alternative? At least then if it piles up on the map, I can turn it into peat and burn it away lol.
Other than that, 10/10 piss & shit mod
this could be fixed in my eyes with a new perk. something like, "high metabolism" that would basically just increase the conversion rate in the stomach of food to poo and remove the increased weight.
another compatibility issue i ran into is with a mod i am using to allow you to drink ambrosia and invisibilium for their effects. it just doesn't work with your mod. my thought here is to maybe add this as a toggle in the options for your mod. by default they could digest into harmful substances so that when they are expelled they would still negatively effect the player. iron stomach could change the substances they are converted into something benign.
Welllll guess I should probably go ahead and update the mod again, there do be lots of bug reports since last time 👀
Unless you were able to actually run out of stomach acid, that is... but I feel like that kinda thing just isn't common enough in real life to warrant holding true to it... I dunno
