The UI is a secondary window that pops up, and must layer on top of the game to allow your mouse to interact.
---> the new window must be entirely within the play area of the game window, but can often start slightly too low on the screen, and must be moved up slightly (this means above the task bar)<---
To do this, hold Alt+Tab and click&hold on the top bar of the UI window to drag it up. Might take a few attempts to target the right window if Alt+Tab is being fickle.
For the Dev: Attempt to make the total area of the UI panel less tall and maybe more centered, so that different video resolutions don't frequently encounter this issue.
- Talents should be working not
- Boons persist to next map
- Complete new User Interface
- Search feature
TODO:
- Add method to remove boons
2. Other commands work generally fine whether it comes to unique modifiers like making a short charge upon pushing an enemy (power_up_deus_push_charge_exotic) or power-ups for base stats like stamina (power_up_stamina_rare) which gives +4 stamina.
Note that power-ups can stack! If you use power_up_stamina_rare many times you will have shields from the right to the left side of the screen.
Some modifiers are buggy or work only in Chaos Wastes - I guess that's the case for deus_crit_chain_lighting.
My suggestions so far:
1. Make talents work - it would be really awesome.
2. Allow to save or remove all applied modifiers.
3. Allow to quickly apply modifiers by entering a proper command in the chat instead of searching for each one.
This mod is unique, has great gameplay potential and it looks like no one is working on something similar. Hope that the author will continue working on it.
This mod is amazing and has great potential. Hope the author will continue working on it.
So far the things I have learned from experimenting:
1. Commands like talent 1-1 are supposed to give class talents. The first number refers to the group of talents (so 1-6) and the second to the specific talent (so 1-3). For example, 2-3 will be Asrai Alacrity in the case of Handmaiden.
The tool automatically chooses the proper skill based on the career you are currently using. As I mentioned, talent 2-3 will give Asrai Alacrity for Handmaiden but if you are Grail Knight, it will choose Virtue of Heroism.
Unfortunately, the talents added in this way don't work. I have been testing them on several characters and they don't activate. That's a shame.
I tried this as bounty hunter and applying talent_2_2 gave me the zealot's Smite talent, which then prevented my Blessed Shot passive from activating. Could be because my bh build uses talent_2_2 already, but I'm not sure.
Would it be possible to either provide a list of the actual boon names rather than their command scripts? I'm not entirely familiar with what each one is.
