Report a translation problem
The UI is a secondary window that pops up, and must layer on top of the game to allow your mouse to interact.
---> the new window must be entirely within the play area of the game window, but can often start slightly too low on the screen, and must be moved up slightly (this means above the task bar)<---
To do this, hold Alt+Tab and click&hold on the top bar of the UI window to drag it up. Might take a few attempts to target the right window if Alt+Tab is being fickle.
For the Dev: Attempt to make the total area of the UI panel less tall and maybe more centered, so that different video resolutions don't frequently encounter this issue.
