Auf einem Server gibt es wohl eine Datei oder eine Server config wo du Befehle erlauben kannst. Da musst du den hinzufügen.

I don't know much about dedicated servers. I think it should be enough to add this mod to your server modlist. I would like to hear if it works or not.

unfortunately, I am not familiar with server modlists. I hear for the first time that you make divisions. This mod has nothing to do with the UI and should probably run more as a workshop mod.

But I use my mod everywhere and it works wonderfully. Maybe you have a conflict with another mod. Do you have a list of your mods for me?
You can copy them directly from the save game files:
%AppData%\Avorion\galaxies\[your Galaxy]\modconfig.lua
contains all mods which are loaded in this savegame
