found a new and better way to get around crashings thanks to multifunction next junction.

1. right click the game and go to manage, then browse local files (tihs opens (Steam)\steamapps\common\Mindustry.
2. go to the saves in saves folder, then in the saves folder's saves (Steam\steamapps\common\Mindustry\saves\saves).
3. change file viewing to date created with the arrow pointing down, not up (the files you need will be at the top of the list).
4. delete (file name).msav, then rename (file name).msav-backup.msav and remove '-backup.msav' from the name.
save file names can be things like:
#.msav
sector-erekir-##.msav
sector-serpulo-##.msav
5. start the game and load the save and keep playing the level.

where do i find it?

or you could crash your game on a mod map.
crashing you game should be easy
put into the map a multifunction, then a junction right next to it, then put anything next to the junction.

it should look like this:

? = anything
J = junction
M = multifunction

if you play with this mod and on a level, crash the game via multifunction next to a junction with something on the other side of the junction, loading the level will just crash the game at once.

lucky thing, there is a work around i found, so no need to start all over.

how the work around works:
1. start the game again.
2. go to your mod list, find the mod in the list and turn it off, then let the game close for mod list updating.
3. start the game again.
4. go to the level you used the multifunction next to a junction with something on the other side of the junction to crash the game.
5. once the level loads, save & quit (sadly all things in the mod will be removed from the level, so you'll have to do some rebuilding).
6. go to your mod list again, find the mod in the list and turn it back on, then let the game close for mod list updating.
7. start the game once again, load the level and rebuild the things you used in the mod.
8. play on now and try to remember 'never put a multifunction next to a junction'.

found 1 more thing.
junctions from the game, junctions from a mod, NEVER put them right next to the multifunction. the game will crash for both.

1 last test.
multifunction put next to a junction, no crash, but add conveyor to the other side of the junction from the multifunction, crash.

so, drop in a junction, then a multifunction at he top next to the junction. add 2 conveyors, 1 to each side, no crash. but drop any kind of conveyor to the buttom of the junction next to the junction facing any way, that will crash the game.

1 more test shows more.
drop in a junction, then a multifunction at he top next to the junction. then put anything on the other side of the junction to crash your game. even the core will end in a crash.
replace the junction with anything else and the game will not crash.
the multifunction doesn't seem to like the junction. never put a multifunction and junction next to each other and you should be fine.

good news, i got the mod's crashing.
oddly the multifunction put next to a junction with a conveyor feeding into the junction and into the multifunction sees the multifunction trying to feed things back into the junction.
this end in a fight of some kind crashing the game.

that said, why do you have the multifunction set to 1 once built? can you pls change that to start at 0 so it'll not drop the wrong things at once as so as it's built? it can be a pain in the butt and may lighting help with the crash, as i built 1 next to a junction with a conveyor feeding into the junction and into the multifunction, and once built, crash.

the liquid-import may have the same bug as the item 1, but i can't say for sure yet.

just ran a test.
multifunction set to 0, then added next to it, a junction with a conveyor feeding into the junction and into the multifunction. crash.

oddly, they stop sending things to the core at times till you rebuild them.

there is a problem. When i use liquid transfer center it works fine for me as server host. but when my friend uses it game crashes immediatly. crash report says that crash caused by liquid TS. Please help me how can i solve it.

this is super irrating, you broke your own mod for a lot of people. Cant you put a version with out the changes up also? it would seem hardly difficult to have two versions of same mod. Other creators do it. Makes it pointless when we cant even use what you make the way we want.

lucky I have two computers I played on. I was able to get the older version from my second computer and put it in as a local mod. Was a game breaker for me.

The loaders appear in custom game build list but aren't in the campaign build list anymore. All the loaders and unloaders are still on my maps but i cant build anymore and it looks like the liquid outputs that were remaining aren't actually outputting liquid anymore, can provide pics or video :steamthumbsup:

This mod stopped working for me in the campaign. All existing loaders are still there but I am not able to build more.

When I load items into the core with the input loader, it doesn't seem to contribute to the Stats / production per minute for zones. In other words this means that when the sector is not loaded in (not currently being played in) I am not passively gaining resources in the background when i am in different zones. Is anyone else experiencing this?
