Unfortunately I won't be able to do this because I don't have the third part yet and it's not even available in my region.
But if you have a desire, you can go to folder [...Steam=>steamapps->common->Total War WARHAMMER II->data], copy my "^POSITIVE_Great_Power_Penalty.pack" file and put it into the [...Total War WARHAMMER III=>data], so it should work fine
But well, I can put a green badge on this mod if it's important to you
From the view of correctness - yes, but in community this in-game characteristic is mainly called "Great Power penalty", and most of the mods associated with it use exactly this combination of words. So I did it in that way to make it more understandable
Verify your game files
No any problem with this mod, check other mods you turn on
i dont know wy ???
Yeah, of course, it should be fine with any update which doesn't directly change Great Power mechanics.
I'm glad my mod helped you get more enjoyment from the gameplay ~
Apparently you don't know enough about this legend, google "Lady of the Lake" or even "Holy Grail" and you will be convinced wherefrom GW wrote off whole essence of this race. At the same time, as the current era here was chosen the Middle Ages, it's kinda too far from Napoleon, unlike the Empire, which at least has muskets and cannons, that's already more suitable.
But this is a silly dispute, obviously none of these characters would fit, I said about Franz just as a joke.
Bretonnia it's a cosplay on legend of King Arthur, so I don't think this is the right association either ~
Idk, maybe Karl? He's 'Franz' after all ))
Perhaps, but criticism by words about Napoleon would bite me in any language)
Though I also just explained the sense of my mod, large text is not an insult. Those who aren't interested in reading it not obliged to, so I don't see a problem here. Let's somehow get through this already.
Well, actually that's the idea - give an opportunity for even unfriendly factions to make treaties by having enough power.
But okay, catch - https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2517683957
I hope you will be satisfied with this numbers, because if I make them even lower, it will be almost no difference with zero value, but for that there are already quite a few other mods.
This can be considered as the concept of this mod )
Pity that there is no possibility to put hearts on comments, because it's a little embarrassing-uncomfortable for me to write a response to praise, but also not good to just ignore the comments which are most pleasant to me.
I'm really glad that someone is supporting my side and that someone even liked reading all this ^^'
Still, at least this my mod I find objectively useful, I not only posted it for others who maybe will need it, but and I myself now always turn it on for my campaigns, and feel it's more comfortable this way. On the other hand reworking of public order system, which was given as an example to me, I think although at first glance looks interesting, in practice it only makes getting a high public order much more difficult, when with a low indicator it gives superfluous debuffs to important aspects.
You guys must never have been insulted in your life’s if you take offense by what the mod creator wrote. If it was me I’d be grateful for the lengthy answer to your original criticism: reading it helped me understand more the reasoning behind the mod. Ppl these days got to stop being such snowflakes… smh… thank you for your work to PenetRATion!
Well, I'm flattered if it's not sarcasm)
After all, it's a pretty simple mod, I spent a lot more time on this work: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2474898049
Yes, everything here has a certain specialization, but maybe this will also inspire you to play ~
Fortunately not all such a comment fighters for justice in their special understanding. hEaLtHy people will simply use the mod if they like it, pass by if not, or write their opinion in more calmed and friednly form, like the past users did it. If someone decided to show off and present himself as a great sage who exactly knows how it was and how it must be as an irrefutable truth, then the first thing is to pin up him, and the second is to write an even larger sheet in refutation. This order is natural for the Internet .
I don't specially obliged to behave maximally polite and worry too much about not offend someone in any way, because even if the rating of mod deteriorates, it won't matter much, though I'm working on larger mods, I still won't get anything from this in any case, so I can act at will and boldly defend my point of view.
If I want to speak out, I have every right to do it, as well as everyone else, and it's not for you to tell me what I need.
And what the problem, did I cuss out him and defiled his ancestors or something?
I just explained in detail why my mod is arranged in this way, what meaning I put into it and why another approach isn't really necessary in my opinion due of both logical and technical conditions. Since the essence of the appeal was somewhat vague, I had to paint all the possible aspects that might be affected.
A person who talks about history shouldn't be afraid by a large text. And I think this is better than ignoring the message or just saying "ok". Such a voluminous answer on the contrary speaks of the attention with which I treat this criticism.
So I think here it's rather necessary to learn how to give criticism, and if that's based on such things as history and structure of game mechanics, then you should have some awareness about it.
Just the fact is that very few people like such "historicism" and lovers to show off their knowledge to tell everyone how it was, this often causes irritation.
However, I didn’t truly insult you in any way, I didn’t even say "idi nahooi" to you, so you shouldn't be very upset. )
3 messages really look weird, I originally wanted to write this in one, but due to the character limitation, I had to do this ~
Calm down dude
But if ~you~ are ready to go for such a feat - you are welcome, learn modding and do everything as it should be in your opinion.
Not that this is such a huge problem, but it is still sometimes annoying that it is very difficult for a large developed empire to make some alliance with anyone. Personally, I find this totally not historical and completely absurd, this is not how it works. And actually, this feature doesn't pretend to any logical rationale, but is only needed to complicate the player's gameplay in the later stages of campaign. So whatever you say, unification against a common enemy has nothing connected with it in any way, this theme is expressed in other diplomatic mechanics.
Please, say hello from me to Napoleon and to the all smaller nations until the mid 20th century, as it seems that you be familiar with them personally to perfectly know "how it actually worked" respected historian )
Nations and world powers united against a common threat, but never one weak country itself went to a knowingly losing war against an absolutely superior empire in order to simply doom its own people to death and lose all their native lands, as the AI factions do in Total War, because this is complete idiocy. And this is largely due to such factors as "Great Power".
However, the way it is done here is clumsy and too directional. It should be much more along the lines of the recent change to public order, forcing a trend towards zero rather than the current 'everyone is mad at me'. If you could make that happen, that would be a real step forward.
Пора бы пересмотреть, ахах)0
