I'm being told some asshole Valve employee set an artificial limit on the filesize of animations, down to 32mb. So no more fun tv mods :(

aww I guess Valve lowered the acceptable file size of animated textures... I'll see if I can reduce the filesize while keeping this mod fabulous.
