This is seriously one of those times when I wish you could bump up items. There are so many excellent hats, miscs, and weapons just sitting in the backpages of the workshop collecting dust because Valve passed on them.

@ Abadah: How could this hat clip with the Googly Gazer? The monocle covers his left eye, not his right, which the gazer does.

Everyone who looks at hats in the workshop diligently has seen this hat and most likely thinks it should be in game. The Real Question: does it clip well with googly gazer?
